Who I am

I am here to help you improve your health & your Life. I am an Average Joe when it comes to fitness. I want to help you Average Joes/Janes out there to just get a handle on your healthy lifestyle. You don't have Rock Hard Abs, and more importantly, you don't want Rock Hard Abs.

You want to just improve on your normal physique without being too intrusive on your personal or professional life.

I will do so through the 3 main tenants of a healthy lifestyle:

Food, Exercise, and Motivation.

Personally, I have found that the internet is littered with information from various sources tooting their own methods and their own journeys as the be all and end all of health and fitness.

So I created the Fitness Almanac, where I go on my own journey to try and review all what is out and provide you with a blue print that you can follow for your own journey.

I found out that things that work out for one person, may not work for another. Our bodies and Minds are unique and react differently to various stimuli. So you can read about my journey with my own health, and I'll provide you with various options you can try for yourself and see if it works.
